Consultation: Essentially, an information-gathering meeting where, in collaboration with you, we will discuss design possibilities. Your family dynamics, vision and budget. 

A design package will be discussed during the consultation. As you will appreciate, one size does not fit all; the design package will be based on the scope of design work required. 

If you choose to proceed with a design package following our consultation, a bond is required to secure my time for the process. 

A design concept based on our consultation includes the following:

Production of computer-aided design - elevations and floor plans.

3D-generated images of your proposed design.

Final plans will be submitted after you approve of the final design.
